Sentinel release 4.22 includes:
- Category support for case-related actions.
- A-Plus Accounting Model field update.
Category Support for Case-Related Actions
Sentinel has been updated to incorporate category support when raising a case through Sentinel actions.
When a new case is created and the previously selected form does not belong to the chosen category, the system automatically selects the first valid form associated with that category. If only one form is available for the selected category, it is preselected by default.
A-Plus Accounting Model Field Update
The Event State field in the state configuration of the Sentinel Test Dialog has been renamed to A-Plus Accounting Model.
The A-Plus Accounting Model field provides a drop-down list of available accounting models, aligning with the Accounting Model enhancements introduced across A-Plus.
This update ensures consistency with the terminology and functionality used throughout the Operational Intelligence product suite.
