This article applies to the Target Label in versions 4.4 and later of IFS OI Explorer.<\/p>\n

Overview<\/h2>\n

The Target Label\u00a0shows two values side by side: a numeric value and a percentage of the value in relation to a target value.<\/p>\n

The percentage value is shown using a background colour that changes depending on how much it varies from its target. By default, the bar is red when the value\u00a0is below the target, or grey when the value\u00a0is at or above the target value.<\/p>\n

The following diagram shows a Target Label being configured:<\/p>\n

Actual<\/strong>:<\/td>\nThe column from the dataset that determines the actual value.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Threshold<\/strong>:<\/td>\nThe threshold at which to show a warning (red label). This is the percentage of the actual value compared to the target value.
\nIf you are concerned when the actual value is less than<\/em> the target\u00a0value, you should use a negative number for the threshold (e.g. -50 will make the warning appear when the actual value is less\u00a0than<\/em> 50% of the target value).\u00a0

Decimals:<\/strong><\/td>\nThe number of decimal points that the actual value\u00a0should be displayed as.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Units<\/strong>:<\/td>\nRepresents the units that the value is expressed in.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Reverse Threshold<\/strong>:<\/td>\nInvert the thresholds so that the warning appears in the opposite way. E.g. When the actual value is less than the target\u00a0value and the threshold is a negative number (e.g. -50), the warning will appear when the actual value is more\u00a0than<\/em> 50% of the target value.\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Style<\/strong>:<\/td>\nThe style you want to apply to the component.\u00a0If you are a Style Administrator,\u00a0you can\u00a0add a new Target Label style.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
