P2 Server 4.4 is the engine that powers data retrieval<\/strong> from a variety of disparate sources, with built-in relationship models<\/strong> based on a Data Dictionary. P2 Server is how you get your data, transform it into more useful data, and then serve it up to other applications such as P2 Explorer or P2 Sentinel, for further analysis.<\/p>\n

Release 4.4.2 adds an Image gallery to P2 Server Management, and addresses some issues found in previous releases.<\/p>\n

Images<\/h2>\n

Many people find it useful to be able to visualise things by using icons and images. P2 Server now allows you to upload icons (and other images) to the Server database, for use within P2 Server.<\/p>\n

You can assign the icons to templates to provide a visual indication of the type of an entity in P2 Server Management. The image that has been assigned to the entity\u2019s primary template will be displayed in P2 Server Management in the Entity Overview page and also in the Hierarchy Editor.<\/p>\n
