Overview<\/h2>\n

The Image Gallery allows you to insert an image from IFS OI Server, into a IFS OI Explorer page. If you have the required permissions (Editor<\/em> application role for IFS OI Server), you can also upload an image.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Inserting an Existing Image<\/h2>\n

1. In the Image Gallery, first choose the group your image is in [A]. In most cases, this will be 'Explorer Images<\/strong>'. If you don't know, select 'All'.<\/p>\n

If the list of images is long, you can type into the Search<\/strong> box to filter the list by name [B]. The list is filtered as you type.
\nOr, you can use the scrollbar to browse through the images.<\/p>\n

2. When you have found the image you want to insert, click it once [C].<\/p>\n

3. Click the Select button [D].<\/p>\n

The image is inserted into IFS OI Explorer.\u00a0<\/strong>You can also double-click the image to insert it immediately.<\/p>\n

Uploading an Image<\/h2>\n

1. In the Image Gallery, first choose the group you want to put your image in. In most cases, this will be 'Explorer Images<\/strong>'. You cannot upload to 'All'.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. Click the Upload an image<\/strong> box.\u00a0<\/p>\n

3. Select the image to upload, using the standard Windows 'Open' dialog box. Click the file, and then click 'Open<\/strong>'.<\/p>\n

Tip<\/strong>: You can also insert an image from a URL. To do this, type the full URL into the File name<\/strong> box. E.g.\u00a0https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/Images\/P2Logo.png<\/em><\/p>\n
