You can now proceed to <a href=\"#Edit_and_View_a_Case_in_the_Case_Tab\">view and edit the case<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"note\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: Existing cases can also be edited and saved. Details Section<\/a>, and then <a href=\"#Step_3_Save_the_Case\">Save the Case<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Case Commentary<\/h3>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The comments here are those captured against the case, as well as system-generated auditing comments, which track updates to the case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">To add a new comment, type in the comment edit box, then press <strong>Enter<\/strong>. Any user can reply to a comment.
