formatting to text in large input fields, such as Description for cases as well as in comments.\u00a0 The fields in which you can use text formatting are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li>Case Management Explore panel - Description field and Case Commentary<\/li>\n<li>Case details page - Description field and Case Commentary<\/li>\n<li>New Case page - Description field<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Management Explore panel<\/li>\n<li>Comments on a\u00a0 page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">In Knowledge Management fields and Description fields for cases, the formatting controls are visible the background of the text. A check mark indicates the colour that is currently being applied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>E<\/strong>.
