For more, see <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/getting-started\/using-comments\/#Release_History\">Release History<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"overview\">Written information can be recorded as either, a more formal Comment with threaded responses, or a Daily Note.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Comments are accessible from all views, and can be attached to routes, locations and entities. Adding a comment opens a reply thread, creating the opportunity for discussion between multiple users.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Daily Notes are added on the Daily Production page of the Location Detail view, and are attached to entities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">A combined list of Comments and Daily Notes can be viewed from the Grid Summary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">This page shows you how to add a new comment, and how to reply to, search, edit or delete existing comments.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">Accessing Comments<\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Comments can be accessed from the <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/views\/map-view\/\">Map<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/views\/grid-view\/\">Grid Summary<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/views\/location-detail\/\">Location Detail<\/a>. In addition, comments can be added to <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/forms-and-data-collection\/form-readings\/#Entering_Comments\">Forms<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/tasks\/\">Cases<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/field-explorer\/forms-and-data-collection\/seals\/\">Seals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Map<\/h3>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The number of comments that can be viewed
