This article applies to versions 4.7 and later of IFS OI Field Operator: Explorer Edition. For help on earlier versions, see Release History<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In Field Operator, cases can be added, prioritized, assigned and updated, and added to today's journey.<\/p>\n

Cases are a feature of the Route Surveillance capability, which is an optional component of Field Operator.<\/p>\n

The fields in a case form may vary depending on the form configuration.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Finding a Case<\/h2>\n

Select Cases<\/strong> from the Navigation Ribbon<\/a> in the Map<\/a>, Grid Summary<\/a>, or Location Detail<\/a>.<\/p>\n
