In Field Operator you can change the order of the locations on a route, and the order of the entities at a location, by using the Route Sequence capability.<\/p>\n

Location Sequencing<\/h2>\n

Use the Route Sequence function to sort locations on a route.<\/p>\n

1. Click the Settings \"\" icon on the Toolbar.<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Select \"\" Route Sequence<\/strong> from the menu.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Select a route to edit.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Route Sequence : Location List opens:<\/em><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong><\/td>\nReturn<\/strong><\/td>\nReturn to the previous screen.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3.<\/strong><\/td>\nLocations<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Locations on the route.<\/p>\n

If you are using a computer, locations can be reordered by being dragged and dropped.<\/p>\n

Save & Close<\/strong> - Save changes and close the window.<\/p>\n

Revert<\/strong> - Discard unsaved changes.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

6.<\/strong><\/td>\nAlpha Sort<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Locations can be sorted alphabetically.<\/p>\n

  • Ascending alpha \"\" name sort, or<\/li>\n
  • Descending alpha \"\" name sort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7.<\/strong><\/td>\nEntity Sort<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Entities can be grouped and ordered, by type.<\/p>\n

This applies to all locations on the selected route.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Sort by Entity Type<\/h3>\n

Users can group the same types of entities together, and sort the groups of entities into the same order, for all locations on a selected route.<\/p>\n

Select Sort<\/strong> to group and order, entities by type.<\/p>\n

The groups and order, the entity types will be sorted into.<\/p>\n

In this example the:<\/p>\n

  • Groups are Oil Well, Gas Well, Water Well, and Compressors and Equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Selected order is Well(s) - Gas\u00a0 - Oil - Water - Compressors and Equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nAll Locations<\/strong><\/td>\nThe selected sort action will be applied to all locations on the route.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
