Switching Environments<\/h2>\n

Under the normal course of business, end users sign in to one environment and don\u2019t change those settings. As an administrator, or a tester, you may switch between test and production environments. In the current version, there are known issues with data being cached in memory from the previous environment.<\/p>\n

Please follow these steps to switch the connected environment or sign in with a different user account (This does not apply to selecting different routes or workbooks to download):<\/p>\n

1. <\/strong>Make sure you\u2019ve published all changes that you want to send to your currently selected server.<\/p>\n

2. <\/strong>Visit the Server Connection screen and Sign Out<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>On the Help \u2013 About screen select Delete all data<\/p>\n

5. <\/strong>Close the app and re-start it<\/p>\n
