This article applies to version 4.6 of P2 Field Operator: Explorer Edition. For the latest help, see Grid Summary.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Grid Summary view is one of Field Operator's three main views, and displays location summary data.<\/p>\n

You can view the history of what is happening at a location, with up to three months of historical data available to view.<\/p>\n

You can also navigate to the Location Detail view to enter data, or to look at what is happening at a location in more detail.<\/p>\n

Click on the View Mode \"\" icon to toggle between the Map<\/a> and Grid Summary.<\/p>\n

The main features of the Grid Summary view are explained below.<\/p>\n

Navigation Ribbon<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nThis is the main way to access many of the Field Operator options.
\nIn the Grid Summary, the ribbon contains the Daily Production (Locations), Forms, Comments, Tasks, Activity, and Trends buttons.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Toolbar<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nThe Toolbar is found at the top right side of each screen.
\nUse it to access View Mode, Settings, Journey Planner and Help options.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Date Selection<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose which day's production figures you would like to look at.
\nAvailable when Daily Production is selected in the ribbon.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Route Selection<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nThe Filter and Sort functions enable you to select, and organize saved routes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The summary data displayed in the Grid Summary reflects the current selection in the Ribbon.<\/p>\n

With locations\u00a0\"\" selected in the Ribbon, Grid Summary view displays daily production totals for the locations on the selected route.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong><\/td>\nRoute<\/strong><\/td>\nThe name of the currently selected route.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nLocations<\/strong><\/td>\nThe list of locations in the currently selected route.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nDetail<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nClick on the Detail\u00a0\"\"\u00a0icon to open the Location Detail<\/a> view.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/strong><\/td>\nLocation<\/strong><\/td>\nSelected location is highlighted in light blue.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/strong><\/td>\nCarry Forward All<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nCopy yesterday's readings forward to today.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/strong><\/td>\nSync Status<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nOpen the Sync Status screen. This is set to Sync Status when Manual Sync Mode is selected in Set Preferences.\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/strong><\/td>\nPublish All<\/strong><\/td>\nPublish the readings from all locations. This is set to Publish All when Automatic Sync Mode is selected in Set Preferences.\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

A graph of daily production totals for the last month, for the selected location, can be displayed on the right side of the screen.<\/p>\n

The graph is only displayed when a location has been selected in the list on the left side of the screen.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong><\/td>\nDisplay<\/strong><\/td>\nUse the left and right chevrons to view the large graph, half-sized graph, or no graph.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nHairline<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nThe hairline displays the exact y-axis value, at a particular point in time.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nGraph<\/strong><\/td>\nLine graph of the daily production totals for the month.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/strong><\/td>\nLegend<\/strong><\/td>\nClick on a label to hide\/display the data on the graph.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/strong><\/td>\nStatus<\/strong><\/a><\/td>\nPublish, visit, and plan status icons.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/strong><\/td>\nTotals<\/strong><\/td>\nDaily totals for the month.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
