To close the <strong>Event, Info and Comment<\/strong> screen, click any part of the timeline report.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">From an Action Email URL<\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">If an action email includes a URL to the event comment (where the <strong>Comment Link<\/strong> token is included in the email action), you can open the asset report timeline with the comment box open.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">1. Open the action email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">2. Click on the comment link.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The timeline report appears, containing the event that caused the email action.
