Depending on the type of process used, various different fields are described. These may include the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><strong>Confidence<\/strong>:\u00a0The confidence value of the test entity data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value<\/strong>:\u00a0The value of the test entity data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Event Values Relating to Process<\/strong>:\u00a0These values depend on the process used, and also on the current state for this event. Some examples are:\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><em>High High Limit<\/em>:\u00a0The value of high high limit at the time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>High Limit<\/em>:\u00a0The value of high limit at the time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>Min<\/em>:\u00a0The value of min at the time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>Max<\/em>:\u00a0The value of max at the time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>Integral<\/em>:\u00a0The integral at the time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>First Primary State Time<\/em>:\u00a0The start time of the primary state which preceded the current state; or, if this is currently a primary state, the start time of the event.<\/li>\n<li><em>First Secondary State Time<\/em>:\u00a0The start time of the secondary state which preceded the current state; or, if this is currently a secondary state, the start time of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potential Impact<\/strong>:\u00a0If the state configuration for this state outcome of the monitor test has a Potential Impact, this is stored and displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended Action<\/strong>:\u00a0If the state configuration for this state outcome of the monitor test has a Recommended Action, this is stored and displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>State Reason<\/strong>:\u00a0If the state configuration for this state outcome of the monitor test has a Reason for State, this is stored and displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auxiliary Data<\/strong>:\u00a0Any auxiliary data that has been added to the test is displayed in the format of Token, Auxiliary Data (for example Pressure, 80).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Original State<\/strong>:\u00a0The state that the test entity reached to cause the event; this row is only shown if there is a state override in the test's state configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Comment box<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The input area for an event comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Comment History list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">This is a list of all comments that have been added for this event. The most recent comment is first on the list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Each comment has the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><strong>Date and time<\/strong>:\u00a0The date and time that the comment was added.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User name<\/strong>:\u00a0The user name of the person who added the comment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comment<\/strong>:\u00a0The comment that was added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"530\" height=\"239\" class=\"wp-image-59265\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-10.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-10.png 530w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-10-150x68.png 150w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-10-48x22.png 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 530px) 100vw, 530px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">Suppressed Events<\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">If an event is suppressed the event history table show the suppression reason, as illustrated in the example screen image below:<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"667\" height=\"452\" class=\"wp-image-59266\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-11.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-11.png 667w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-11-150x102.png 150w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-11-600x407.png 600w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-11-48x33.png 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 667px) 100vw, 667px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">For suppressed events, the event history shows a suppression reason, which may be one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><strong>Time Suppression<\/strong>:\u00a0Processing was suppressed because a Time Suppression was configured for this Test.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Precondition Suppression<\/strong>:\u00a0Processing was suppressed due to a precondition that was met.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Missing Data Suppression<\/strong>:\u00a0Processing was suppressed because no data was returned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standard Precondition Out of Suppression Delay<\/strong>:\u00a0Processing was suppressed for an additional period after a precondition suppression, based on an <em>Out of Suppression Delay<\/em> setting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bad Data<\/strong>:\u00a0Bad Data (Low Confidence data).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitor Chaining<\/strong>:\u00a0Processing was suppressed because the test configured for Chaining was not in the configured state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">For more information on suppressed data, refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/sentinel\/sentinel-primers\/sentinel-states\/\">Sentinel States<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">Close Event History<\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">To close the event history and comments tab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Click the collapse <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"9\" height=\"9\" class=\"wp-image-59267\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/word-image-58854-12.png\" \/> button of the event row.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">Export Event History<\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">To export the event history details, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">1. Open the history and comment details for an event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">2.
