Click <strong>My Tasks <\/strong>at the lower right corner of the Main Panel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">A window appears, with a list of tasks. Change management tasks are listed for each pending approval monitor that belongs to a workspace for which you have approver privileges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"582\" height=\"241\" class=\"wp-image-59807\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58911-1.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58911-1.png 582w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58911-1-150x62.png 150w, https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58911-1-48x20.png 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><strong>Monitor Approval Change Management Tasks<\/strong>:\u00a0Each change management task that relates to monitor approval consists of the following:<\/li>\n<li><strong>User Name<\/strong>:\u00a0The name of the user who submitted the monitor for approval<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>:\u00a0The date and time that the monitor was submitted for approval<\/li>\n<li><strong>Task<\/strong>:\u00a0The task description, as well as the monitor name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">2. Click on a task in the window.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">A <strong>Pending Approvals<\/strong> tab opens, for the workspace to which the selected monitor belongs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">Note: All pending approval monitors within the workspace are listed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">3. Approve or reject the various monitors, as explained in the section <strong>Approve or Reject a Monitor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">4.
