This only applies to installations that include Change Management.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Disabled<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Running<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Re-running<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Deleting Events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The monitor stops for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Licence errors<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Engine errors<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Service errors<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Warnings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/sentinel\/administration\/sentinelconfig\/\">Sentinel configuration file<\/a> specifies when the monitor stops due to any of these reasons. Tests using this process will not run.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Where a monitor has an error or warning status, the monitor name is preceded by an error or warning icon. The folder and workspace names are also preceded by an error or warning icon. You can detect an error or warning status from a high level, and then find the monitor with that status, by navigating through the folders on the workspace. Possible values are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Started<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Stopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Waiting for trigger<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">No approved version<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Disabled<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Re-Running<\/li>\n<li class=\"intro-text\">Deleting events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Next trigger time<\/strong>:\u00a0The next time that the monitor tests are triggered; there is no next trigger time for disabled monitors. Instead, there is a message showing that the monitor is disabled.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Last processing period<\/strong>:\u00a0The last period for which the monitor collected sample data and ran its tests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Last run finish time<\/strong>:\u00a0The last time that the trigger ran; this is left blank for monitors that have not triggered yet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Last run total time taken<\/strong>:\u00a0The time that was taken for all the monitor tests to run; this is rounded to the nearest second. For example a run that takes 00:00:00.8 seconds has a <em><strong>Last run total time taken<\/strong><\/em> of \u2018Less than 1 second\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Current processing period<\/strong>:\u00a0The current period for which the monitor collects sample data and runs its tests.\u00a0Note: The current processing period only appears when a monitor is currently processing data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Licence Error<\/strong>: If the process that is used by this monitor has expired, a flashing message appears, containing the name of the expired process. Note: The licence expiry message only appears when the relevant Sentinel process has expired.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Status Messages<\/strong>: A log of all status messages, sorted by most recent status message. Note: The number of status messages stored and displayed is defined in the Sentinel configuration file.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Icon<\/strong>:\u00a0The icon displays the type of status message; for example, an information <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"17\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-59950\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58915-13.png\" \/> icon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Time<\/strong>:\u00a0The date and time (to the second) that the monitor status was reached.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Message<\/strong>:\u00a0A message to describe the status, which includes the total time taken for the current run time<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Export to Excel<\/strong>:\u00a0Click <strong><em>Export to Excel<\/em> <\/strong>to export the status messages to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Refresh<\/strong>:\u00a0Click <em><strong>Refresh <\/strong><\/em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"17\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-59951\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58915-14.png\" \/><\/strong> to get the latest monitor status.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Clear Messages<\/strong>:\u00a0Click <em><strong>Clear Messages<\/strong><\/em> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-59952\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58915-15.png\" \/> to clear all messages from the monitor status message log.\u00a0Note: Only user groups with appropriate permissions can perform this function.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Restart<\/strong>:\u00a0Click <em><strong>Restart<\/strong><\/em> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"17\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-59953\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58915-16.png\" \/> to restart a monitor that has stopped. The monitor will process for the period from <em><strong>Last run finish time<\/strong><\/em> through <em><strong>Next trigger time<\/strong><\/em>, and then continue with the normal trigger periods.\u00a0Note: This button is only displayed on the status page for <em><strong>stopped <\/strong><\/em>monitors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\"><strong>Restart at now<\/strong>:\u00a0Click the <em><strong>Restart<\/strong> <strong>at now<\/strong><\/em> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"17\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-59954\" src=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/word-image-58915-17.png\" \/> button to restart a monitor.
