The web.config<\/strong> file contains settings that allow you to improve client-side performance. Performance tuning values are specified in milliseconds.<\/p>\n

ResponseThrottleRate<\/td>\nHow often components are updated after receiving data from IFS OI Server. This is a client-side optimisation for Internet Explorer on slow computers with very large pages. Default: 250<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
FetchBatchTiming<\/td>\nHow long to wait before sending requests to IFS OI Server. This is used to combine multiple requests into one, and could help users with a bad network connection. Default: 0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MaximumRecords<\/td>\nThe maximum number of points that can be rendered on a chart. Default: 50000.

MaximumRawDuration<\/td>\nThe maximum duration that can be used on the trend when the Raw sample method is selected. Default: 8 hours<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DefaultTrendDuration<\/td>\nThe duration to specify on the trend when it is first opened. Default: 8 hours<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MaximumAdaptiveRawDuration<\/td>\nThis setting limits the duration dropdown in the Trend to only include options less than or equal to the configured maximum. For example, if this is configured to 6 months, then options for 9 months, 1 year, and 2 years will not be available for selection in the Trend. This setting was added in Explorer v4.9.4.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MinimumTrendRefreshRate<\/td>\nThe minimum trend refresh rate to use when Now<\/strong> is set. The refresh rate is this value or the sample interval, whichever is greater.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MaximumAutoFetchDuration<\/td>\nThe maximum duration (i.e. difference between start time and end time) before the trend's auto fetch is disabled and manual fetch is required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
MaximumTrendDuration<\/td>\nThe maximum duration that is shown in the duration drop-down. This also modifies the start time or end time if their difference is greater than this limit. The value must match to a valid duration string (as per the MaximumAutoFetchDuration valid values), or set to an empty string (meaning that no limit is applied).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DisableRangeSelector<\/td>\nPrevents the Range Selector in the trend from being displayed, and disables the Range Selector icon in the toolbar. Default: False.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
LegacyHairlineEnabled<\/td>\nIn charts and trends, show the hairline information together in one box. This setting was added in Explorer v4.16.0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
