This article applies to version 4.14 and later of IFS OI Explorer. Note, some screenshots on this page may be of earlier versions.<\/p>\n

Entry Actions are supplementary actions that can be used on entries, and are a feature of A-Plus and Shift Log.<\/p>\n

Actions are used in A-Plus<\/a>\u00a0and Shift Log<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Which entry actions are available varies, and depends on the type and state of a particular entry. In addition, some actions are found in the entry dialog, some in the entries table, and some in both.<\/p>\n

The entry actions are accessed through the \"\" icon, which is on the right side of the selected entry in the entries table, and in the upper right corner in the entry dialog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A-Plus<\/strong><\/td>\nSplit<\/a><\/td>\nEntries table<\/td>\nEntries, also known as events in A-Plus, can be split into two separate entries.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Unsplit<\/a><\/td>\nEntries table<\/td>\nEntries that have been split, can be unsplit or rejoined.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delete this Event<\/a><\/td>\nEntry dialog & entries table<\/td>\nDeletes the selected event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Shift Log<\/strong><\/td>\nShare this Entry<\/a><\/td>\nEntry dialog & entries table<\/td>\nAn entry can be shared to the Summary form of selected Workbooks, and\/or a Workbook entries table.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
