This article applies to version 4.14 and later of IFS OI Explorer. Note, some screenshots on this page may be of earlier versions.<\/p>\n

The same entry can be viewed in multiple different Workbook Entries Tables, by sharing the entry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Entries are used in A-Plus<\/a>, Case Management<\/a> and Shift Log<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Share Entry function is found on entry actions menus<\/a>, and any entry that has been submitted<\/a> can be shared.<\/p>\n

Selecting Share this Entry<\/strong> opens the Share Entry dialog.<\/p>\n

Workbook Summary<\/h2>\n

Entries can be shared to the summary table of one or more workbooks.<\/p>\n

Summary tables display summary form<\/a> entries and can be configured to provide view only access to users.<\/p>\n

Append Form<\/h2>\n

Entries can be shared to any entries table<\/a> on any workbook<\/a> page.<\/p>\n

There is only one copy of the entry. Additional fields are added to the entry to match what is required by the new form when an entry is shared.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong><\/td>\nThe tables the entry can be shared to are identified by page name and table title.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

After the workbook and table are selected, the fields from the destination table form will be displayed in the share entry dialog.<\/p>\n

Any mandatory fields need to be completed before the entry can be shared.<\/p>\n

Once the entry has been shared, the list of icons on the left in the entry dialog will show which forms the entry is shared to.<\/p>\n
