This article applies to version 4.14 and later of IFS OI Explorer. Note, some screenshots on this page may be of earlier versions.<\/p>\n

Actions are predefined rules that allow new entries to be created, or entries to be shared to other Workbooks or Workbook summary tables.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Actions are only used in Shift Log<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Actions are attached to the form and Workbook that they were created in. This means wherever that same form is used, within the same Workbook, the same actions are available.<\/p>\n

Actions are created and edited from the entry actions menu in the entry dialog<\/a>.<\/p>\n
