The Report - Form component is designed to display a log entry in a format that is optimized for viewing and printing the entry.<\/p>\n

The component displays a single entry from a form, and serves to provide a summary or overview of a shift.<\/p>\n

Configuration<\/h2>\n

The configuration can be customized to suit your application.<\/p>\n

The tabs, Options, Layout Grid, Fields, and Labels, each contain different configuration options.<\/p>\n

Options<\/h3>\n

Configure where the log entry displayed in the Report - Form comes from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong><\/td>\nTitle*<\/strong>
\nAdd your own title or use the default title, Report - Form. This field is mandatory.<\/td>\n		\"\"<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nLog Entry Form*<\/strong>
\nSelect the Log Entry Form that contains the entry you wish to display. This field is mandatory.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nEntry Selection*<\/strong>
\nThe log entry selected can be either the latest entry in the log, or an offset entry.<\/p>\n

The latest entry is the most recent entry that has been saved to the log. It can come from any of the selected workbooks, including the current workbook.<\/p>\n

An offset entry is the first entry that is saved to the log after the offset period has passed.<\/p>\n

Select:
\na.<\/strong> If the offset is to be applied to the start or end of the shift.
\nb.<\/strong> The number of hours the entry is offset by.
\nThis field is mandatory.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4.<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Workbooks<\/strong>
\nSelect workbooks that contain the same log entry form to include the log entries from those workbooks. The current workbook is not in the list, but is automatically included.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

5.<\/strong><\/td>\nShow Cell Borders<\/strong>
\nDisplay borders around the fields.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/strong><\/td>\nCopy Single Log Form Config<\/strong>
\nIf you have a Single Log Form configured in the same workbook, you can copy its configuration.<\/p>\n

Enter the Copy Single Log Form Config details.
\na.<\/strong> Workbook page that contains the required single log form.
\nb.<\/strong> Name of the single log form the configuration will be copied from.

Layout Grid<\/h3>\n

Configure the grid which forms the basis for the report layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong><\/td>\nAdd<\/strong>
\nUse the Add button to add a new column or row to your report.<\/td>\n		\"\"<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nWidth<\/strong>
\nEnter the width of the column as a number of pixels. Type * to allow the browser to automatically adjust the width of the column.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong><\/td>\nHeight<\/strong>
\nEnter the height of the row as a number of pixels. Type * to allow the browser to automatically adjust the height of the row.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong><\/td>\nDynamic<\/strong>
\nDynamically resize the column or row. This has the effect of increasing the page size with one scrollbar, instead of scrollbars being activated for each column or row.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong><\/td>\nRemove<\/strong>
\nRemoving a column or row will also delete the contents of that column or row.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Fields<\/h3>\n

Configure which fields to display and where to position them in the grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong><\/td>\nFields<\/strong>
\nThe fields in the selected log entry form. Expand the field to access configuration options.<\/td>\n		\"\"<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nAdditional Label<\/strong>
\nThe additional label will be added in italics under the field display name.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nHide in Form<\/strong>
\nThe field will not be displayed in the report when this option is selected.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/strong><\/td>\nHide Label<\/strong>
\nBoth the display name and the additional label will be hidden when this option is selected.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/strong><\/td>\nPosition<\/strong>
\nSpecify the column and row that will form the top left hand corner of the space occupied by the field.<\/p>\n

The number and outline will be red if there is conflict with another field's position, or the column or row number is invalid.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

6.<\/strong><\/td>\nSize<\/strong>
\nA field can span multiple rows and columns, up to the maximum configured in the Layout Grid.<\/p>\n

Enter the number of columns and rows to be used to display the field. The number and outline will be red if there is conflict with another field's position, or the span range extends beyond the Layout Grid.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Labels<\/h3>\n

Configure cells in the grid as labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong><\/td>\nDelete<\/strong>
\nClick the \"\" icon to delete the label.<\/td>\n		\"\"<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/strong><\/td>\nTitle*<\/strong>
\nName of the label.
\nThis field is mandatory.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/strong><\/td>\nText*<\/strong>
\nThe label text; this is what will be displayed on the report.

4.<\/strong><\/td>\nBold<\/strong>
\nSelect to apply bold formatting to the label text.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/strong><\/td>\nPosition and Size<\/strong>
\nSelect where in the report to position the label, and how much room to allocate for it.<\/p>\n
