A logsheet form is designed to collect and validate data collected, during a shift.<\/p>\n

It is made up of columns of data that is collected at predetermined times, with the data source for each column being configured in a similar way to how data entry fields are configured.<\/p>\n

Configuration<\/h2>\n

Logsheet forms are configured in Server Management before being added to a workbook page in Shift Log.<\/p>\n

To configure the form:<\/p>\n

1. Open Server Management and click the Module Admin \"\" <\/b>icon.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. Select Logsheet Forms .<\/p>\n

3. Click \"\"\u00a0to add a new form, or select an existing form from the list below the search field to edit its details.<\/p>\n

4. In the Logsheet Details section that opens on the right, enter a unique name that does not contain any reserved characters..\u00a0<\/p>\n

5. You can also provide a description to explain what the form is about and how it should be used.<\/p>\n

6. To add more columns, click \"\".<\/p>\n

7. Enter a unique name for each logsheet column that you add.<\/p>\n

If you have multiple columns, they can be reordered using drag and drop.<\/p>\n

8. You can also assign a group name. Columns in the same group are displayed beside each other.<\/p>\n

Each column is configured to display values from one data source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Fetch Data Type<\/strong><\/td>\nInteger or decimal values can be fetched. Entering the precision is mandatory for the decimal data type, with the precision also applying to the aggregation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Value Type<\/strong><\/td>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Manual<\/strong><\/td>\nValue is entered by the user.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Tag<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Values are fetched from a tag.<\/p>\n

Enter the name of the tag to be used as the Source Tag. This field is mandatory when tag is selected as the value type.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Attribute<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

Values are fetched from an attribute value.<\/p>\n

Enter the attribute value to be used as the Source Entity Attribute. This field is mandatory when attribute is selected as the value type.<\/p>\n

The syntax for the field is EntityName[TemplateName]:AttributeName!AttributeValue.<\/p>\n

The full attribute value name can be pasted in to the Source Entity Attribute field, or auto complete can be used.<\/p>\n

While entering or editing the Source Entity Attribute, the escape key can be used to go back a level.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The following optional properties apply to all value types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Target Tag<\/strong><\/td>\nThe value from this tag is displayed as the target for the column.\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Destination Tag<\/strong><\/td>\nThe value will be written to this tag when the value for the column timestamp is calculated or edited manually.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Aggregation<\/strong><\/td>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
None<\/strong><\/td>\nThe aggregation field is not displayed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Sum<\/strong><\/td>\nThe sum of the displayed values in the column.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Average<\/strong><\/td>\nThe average of the displayed values in the column.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The values stored in Skip Time<\/a> input fields are not included in the aggregation calculations.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Attribute<\/strong><\/td>\nThe value of the Attribute Value that is assigned to the field is used as the limit. A new value is fetched at each shift change.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Tag<\/strong><\/td>\nThe value of the Tag that is assigned to the field is used as the limit. A new value is fetched at each shift change.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
