This article applies to versions 4.6.0 and later of Explorer. For more, see Release History<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To launch Explorer and log in:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open a new window in Microsoft\u00ae Internet Explorer or Google\u00ae Chrome.<\/li>\n
  2. In the address bar, type the URL supplied by your System Administrator. For example, https:\/\/servername\/P2.Explorer.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: A link to Explorer is usually available via your corporate intranet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    You will usually be logged in automatically. If automatic login fails, or if you have logged out, the login screen appears.<\/p>\n

    If you are logged in to a corporate network, you will usually be able to log in by clicking 'Automatic Login<\/strong>'.<\/p>\n

    If you need to log in with a user name and password:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In the Username<\/strong> box, type your user name. Note that you cannot use your network user name here.<\/li>\n
    2. In the Password <\/strong>box, type your password.<\/li>\n
    3. If you are working on a secure computer, select the Stay logged in for 30 days<\/strong> check box.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Login Using Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Explorer landing page opens.<\/p>\n

      Login Expiry<\/h2>\n

      For security reasons, Explorer checks your credentials every hour.<\/p>\n

      If you have logged in automatically, the system will perform this check and\u00a0log you back in automatically.<\/p>\n

      If you have supplied a user name and password, Explorer will ask you to supply those details again. By selecting the Stay logged in for 30 days<\/strong> check box, the system will remember your login details and automatically log you back in until the 30-day period is finished.\u00a0After 30 days, you will need to log in again.\u00a0<\/p>\n
