Data errors are not included in the export.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Time range, sample method, and sample interval all determine what data is fetched. This is the data that is then exported. (2) Versions prior to 4.5.4 only have the <strong>Save<\/strong> button. (3) The Save Metadata button was introduced in version 4.9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"page-subheading\">Shortcuts<\/h2>\n<h3>Are there keyboard shortcuts?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Yes. When you have focus in the trace table, you can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"intro-text\">\n<li><strong>Arrow Keys<\/strong>: Use the up and down arrows to select a new item in the trace window. If you are editing the Display Min or Display Max of a trace item, use the up and down arrows to increase\/decrease by 1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete Key<\/strong>: Remove the selected trace from the trend.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esc Key<\/strong>: Cancel out of whatever you are editing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spacebar<\/strong>: Toggle between showing and hiding the selected trace item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"left-bar-blue\">Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/p2-explorer\/trends\/trace-table\/\">Trace Table<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Can I see point details from a trend?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Yes, in version 4.6 and later the trace table has an info button for each tag and attribute value, which you can click to open the Point Details page for that item.<\/p>\n<p class=\"left-bar-blue\">Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/oihelp.corporate.ifs.com\/help\/p2-explorer\/trends\/trace-table\/#Point_Details\">Trace Table - Point Details<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Can I create a calculation?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Yes, you can create a calculation by saving a calculation from the calculation editor. You can either drag an item directly onto the Trace Window, or you can add it to the Trace Table. The Comments panel opens, and you can change the dates in this, to search for comments. This refreshes at the Sample Interval rate (with 30 seconds as the lowest refresh rate).
