Sort<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Click a <strong>column header<\/strong> to sort in ascending (click once) or descending (click twice) order. These depend on how the column was configured in design time, as well as the selections you have already made for this column, or another.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">For example, if you have grouped any column, you will find menu items for aggregating a column's data within the grouping.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro-text\">Here are some of the menu items from a column functions menu:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"500\">\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"500\"><strong>1. Sort<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Click to sort the column in ascending\/descending order. (You can also click the column header to sort.)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>2. Hide Column<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Click to hide the column from the dataset table.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"500\"><strong>3. Group<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Click to group the column. Equal values within the column are grouped together. (Note that you can ungroup a grouped column.)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>4. Aggregates<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Click one of these items, to aggregate column values. Some of the options are: <strong>Agg: Count<\/strong>, <strong>Agg:Sum<\/strong>, <strong>Agg:Avg<\/strong>. Apart from <em>Agg: Count<\/em>, you should limit aggregation to numerical columns.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>5.
